For any Network related problem, all Railways are requested to directly communicate their support request to the Network Operations Center (NOC) which is manned by Network Engineers and operates on 24 x 7 x 365 basis. Once the support request is lodged, the NOC engineer on duty will issue a support request number (which may be noted for further reference), and will indicate a problem resolution time to the initiator depending on the nature of the request.
