You can lodge your complaint with Centralized Help Desk, which may be contacted by following means:

Once the complaint is lodged, the Help Desk person on duty will issue a Complaint No. (which may be noted for further reference), and will indicate a complaint resolution time depending on the nature of the complaint.

If the complaint is not resolved within the given time period, you can escalate the complaint to Mr. Kanhaiya Shukla/Project Manager, 3i Infotech Ltd. at his Mobile No. 09958893330.


All Railway offices/RCTs concerned are also requested to maintain a complaint call log in following format and report the same to CRIS quarterly.
